Pineapple Cucumber Refreshing Detox Juice – Light, Zesty, and Hydrating

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped (about 300–350 g)
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled if waxed, roughly chopped
  • 1 small lime, juiced (about 1–2 tablespoons)
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cold water or coconut water (adjust to desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of raw honey if needed

Method

  1. Prep the produce: Peel and core the pineapple, then chop it into chunks. Wash the cucumber; peel if the skin is waxed or if you prefer a smoother flavor. Roughly chop it.
  2. Blend or juice: Blender method: Add pineapple, cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves, and 1/2 cup cold water to a blender. Blend on high until smooth, 30–60 seconds.
  3. Juicer method: Run pineapple, cucumber, and mint through the juicer. Stir in fresh lime juice at the end.
  4. Adjust texture: For a silky drink, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag and press to extract the juice. If you like some body, skip straining.
  5. Taste and balance: Add more lime for brightness, a splash of water for a lighter texture, or a tiny drizzle of honey if your pineapple isn’t very sweet. A pinch of sea salt can enhance flavor and electrolytes.
  6. Serve cold: Fill glasses with ice and pour the juice over. Garnish with extra mint or a thin cucumber slice. Drink immediately for the freshest taste.
