Hey there! We’re Olivia and Mena, two best friends on a mission to make healthy eating and clean living feel less like a chore and more like a fun adventure. We created Detox Bloom as a place to share our personal stories, favorite recipes, and tried-and-true tips for feeling our best—without sacrificing the simple joys of life (hello, chocolate!).
We both grew up in busy households where “grab-and-go” was the norm, but over the years we realized how much better we felt when we actually paid attention to what we ate. So, after countless kitchen experiments (some more successful than others!), we figured out how to whip up delicious, nutrient-packed meals that make us feel amazing. We love testing new, wholesome ingredients—along with the occasional sweet treat—and we’re here to share everything we learn along the way.
Olivia is all about creating colorful veggie bowls and sneaking extra greens into everyday dishes (you’ll never look at spinach the same way again). Meanwhile, Mena is the smoothie queen—if it can be blended, she’ll try it, whether it’s your classic strawberry-banana combo or a wild spirulina-lime concoction (don’t knock it till you try it!).
Beyond the recipes, we’re committed to bringing you a little dose of fun and positivity—because we believe wellness should be something you look forward to each day. We’ll also share tips for staying active, managing stress, and finding little moments of zen in this crazy world.
